Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Shipped back with a valid tracking number

  • Approved by our customer support team before being sent back

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.


Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer-Initiated Returns
(Examples: change of mind, incorrect item ordered, size or fit issues)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • Name of the affected item

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage

  • If the package was damaged during transit: a photo of the outer packaging


Received the Wrong Item?

If you received an incorrect item, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you expected to receive

  • The item you actually received

  • A clear photo of the incorrect item


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
